随着我国经济改革力度的加大及市场经济的建立,工会女职工组织所肩负的任务越来越繁重,做好企业女职工工作对提高女职丁队伍素质,增强企业的凝聚力,稳定职工队伍有着十分重要的意义。在多年女职工工作的研究中,我们发现有许多问题亟待解决。 问题之一是由于组织地位不明确,导致机构设置及人员配备的随意性,工作力量及经费支持均难以保证。 问题之二是代表女职工利益与女职工组织实际权限的矛盾。 问题之三是干部素质难以适应工作需要。
With the intensification of China’s economic reform and the establishment of a market economy, the tasks of the female workers’ and staff unions in trade unions have become more and more arduous. They are good at improving the quality of female workers, enhancing the cohesion of the enterprises, and stabilizing the workforce Has a very important meaning. In the study of the work of many years of female workers, we found that many problems need to be solved urgently. One of the problems is that due to the unclear organizational position, it is hard to guarantee the randomness of the organization’s establishment and staffing, work force and financial support. The second problem is the contradiction between the interests of women workers and women workers’ organizations. The third problem is that the quality of cadres is hard to adapt to the needs of work.
