重庆市渝中区民生路小学校,位于渝中区鲁祖庙14号,占地1354平方米,校舍建筑面积3200平方米。学校设有塑胶运动场一个、有可容纳150人的多功能教室、100平方米的形体室、多媒体教室、实验室、美术室等专用教室。学校有教学班级13个,在校学生500余人,在职教职工37人(其中区级骨干教师4人,高级教师1人,中级教师20人),是全国特色学校创建重点科研单位、重庆市教育科研实验基地学校、重庆市文明礼仪示范学校、重庆市巾帼文明岗、重庆市卫生单位、重庆市小交警学校、渝中区首批绿色学校、渝中区精神文明单位、渝中区跆拳道传统学校。学校被教育部中国教师发展基金会授予“全国特色学校创建重点科研单位”。被渝中区教委评为创特色学校先进集体。
