本文报道80%以上烧伤面积的病人14例,均在病程中发生急性呼吸功能不全的症状,其中11例发生于感染期,2例发生于休克期并有呼吸道烧伤于早期死亡,1例发生于烧伤晚期。除一般治疗外,发现应用加味红参汤组6例中,有4例症状体征消失,1例部分显效,1例无效,而对照组6例中,仅2例症状体征消失。4例无效,提示应用加味红参汤对烧伤后急性呼吸功能不全有一定疗效。
This article reports that in more than 80% of burn area patients, 14 patients developed symptoms of acute respiratory insufficiency during the course of the disease, of which 11 occurred in the infection stage, 2 occurred in the shock stage and had respiratory burn in the early stage, 1 case occurred in Burn late. In addition to the general treatment, found that the application of flavored ginseng soup group of 6 cases, 4 cases of symptoms and signs disappeared, 1 case was markedly effective, 1 case of ineffective, while the control group of 6 cases, only 2 cases of symptoms and signs disappeared. 4 cases were invalid, suggesting that the application of Modified Hongshen Tang has a certain effect on post-burn acute respiratory insufficiency.
