我国的经济贸易能够迅猛发展,这都得益于国家实行改革开放以及加入世界贸易组织这两点利民政策,而此时又在我国市场经济的浪潮下,很多企业逐步产生,特别是民营企业的发展速度之快,快到足以推动我国的经济发展。企业在发展的同时也会产生新的发展手段来推动公司的经济发展,而这种发展手段就是内部控制,在不断的摸索和应用过程中发现这种内部控制不但操作性强、系统严谨,更主要的是在企业运营过程中可以降低风险,因此可以说它是企业发展更好更快的一种行之有效方法,对提高和完善企业的核心竞争力有很大的帮助。鉴于内部控制在现代企业中的重要性,笔者对企业内部控制时效性做了深入分析,提出可行性办法,为企业提高内部控制的实效性当作借鉴。

In view of the importance of internal control in the modern enterprise, the author makes an in-depth analysis of the timeliness of the internal control of the enterprise and puts forward feasible measures for reference for enterprises to improve the effectiveness of internal control.
