本文采用薄层扫描法可不经分离直接测定枯痔涂中小檗碱的含量。测定波长为340nm，平均回收率为99．4％，RSD为1．2％（n＝6）。此法具有简便、快速、准确等优点。
In this paper, the thin-layer scanning method can be used to directly determine the content of berberine in the stubble coating without separation. The measurement wavelength was 340 nm, the average recovery was 99.4%, and the RSD was 1.2% (n=6). This method is simple, fast, accurate and so on.
