糖尿病性黄斑水肿是糖尿病性视网膜病变导致视力下降的主要原因。我们对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者20例,其中确诊为中至重度非增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变伴临床显著性黄斑水肿的33只眼进行黄斑区直接或栅格样光凝。结果显示:光凝后六个月视力不变或改善者为87.8%;黄斑水肿消退率为93.9%;无光凝后的并发症产生。同时,我们将采用栅格样光凝的14只眼光凝前后的彩色眼底照片通过电子计算机图象处理系统测量视网膜颞上、下动静脉及其黄斑分支的口径大小。结果显示:视网膜颞上、下动静脉黄斑分支口径光凝后明显收缩。
Diabetic macular edema is a major cause of vision loss in diabetic retinopathy. In our study, 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, including 33 patients with moderate to severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and clinically significant macular edema, were treated with direct or grid photocoagulation of the macula. The results showed that the visual acuity was unchanged or improved by 87.8% in six months after photocoagulation; the regression rate of macular edema was 93.9%; no complication occurred after photocoagulation. At the same time, we will use the grid-like photocoagulation of 14 eyes before and after coagulation color fundus photographs through the computer image processing system to measure the retinal temporal superior and inferior arteriovenous and macular branch diameter size. The results showed: retinal temporal superior and inferior arteriovenous macular branch caliber significantly shrink after photocoagulation.
