目的对昆山市周庄镇某医院医用X射线诊断技术改造项目放射防护控制效果进行评价,为竣工验收和项目的正式运行提供依据,同时发现项目中放射防护方面可能存在的不足。方法按照GBZ/T181-2006《建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价报告编制规范》,通过现场卫生学调查和放射防护检测及射线装置防护性能检测,依据国家放射卫生有关法律、法规和标准进行综合评价。结果该建设项目的机房在建筑物内布局合理;墙壁、铅玻璃、防护门等部位防护的铅当量均大于2 mm Pb;且各检测点的周围剂量当量率最大值为0.2μSv/h,远低于国家标准,DR机的射线装置性能经检测符合WS 76-2011的要求;个人防护用品的配置满足工作人员及防护要求,但放射防护管理制度及辐射应急预案不够健全。结论该技术改造项目放射防护控制效果基本达到国家规定要求,但在放射防护管理及放射事故应急预案和演练上存在不足,需要进一步进行完善。
Objective To evaluate the effect of radiological protection and control of medical X-ray diagnostic technology reconstruction project of a hospital in Zhouzhuang Town, Kunshan City, and provide the basis for the final acceptance and the formal operation of the project, and to find out the possible radiological protection problems in the project. Methods According to GBZ / T181-2006 Code of Practice for Evaluation Report on Radiation Protection of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects, the comprehensive evaluation was made according to the relevant national laws, regulations and standards on radiation health by on-site hygiene investigation, radiation protection testing and radiation equipment protection performance testing. Results The engine room of the project was well laid out in the building. The lead equivalent weights of wall, lead glass and protective door were all greater than 2 mm Pb. The maximum value of equivalent dose rate around each test point was 0.2 μSv / h. Below the national standard, the radiation performance of DR machine has been tested to meet the requirements of WS 76-2011; the configuration of personal protective equipment to meet the staff and protection requirements, but the radiation protection management system and radiation emergency plan is not sound enough. Conclusion The effect of radiological protection and control of this technological transformation project has basically met the requirements of the state regulations. However, there are deficiencies in the emergency plans and exercises for radiological protection management and radiation accidents, which need further improvement.
