Wonderful classroom is the teacher fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students, with superb artistry timely and cleverly induce students to learn activities, guide them to learn to think, learn to express language, access to individual development. Teachers should not only have professional knowledge, basic education reform theory, but also have the ability to master the classroom leadership. The leading ability of the classroom is closely linked with the teachers’ basic literacy.
