为研究连续升温干燥工艺的特点与机理,作者采用了红松和水曲柳板材逆行了一系列的小型窑干实验。结果表明:除5cm厚水曲柳外,在基本保证干燥质量的前提下,连续升温干燥比常规干燥能大幅度地缩短干燥时间。除红松的抗剪强度降低约10%外,静曲强度、弹性模量和冲击韧性与常规干燥均无明显差别。连续升温干燥与中-高温干燥相比较,干燥质量和力学强度基本相同,但前者明显地缩短了干燥时间。本文还深入探讨了连续升温干燥工艺的特点、机理以及应用上的一些问题,提出了合理的工艺基准。
In order to study the characteristics and mechanism of the continuous heating and drying process, the authors retrospectively conducted a series of small-scale kiln-drying experiments using Korean pine and ash sheet. The results showed that, except for 5 cm thick ash, continuous heating and drying could significantly shorten the drying time under the premise of ensuring the quality of drying. In addition to reducing the shear strength of red pine about 10%, the static bending strength, elastic modulus and impact toughness and conventional drying were no significant differences. Continuous heating and drying compared with medium-high temperature drying, drying quality and mechanical strength is basically the same, but the former significantly shortens the drying time. In this paper, the characteristics, mechanism and application of continuous heating and drying process are also discussed in depth, and a reasonable technology benchmark is proposed.
