随着我国高职教育的迅速发展和高职教育改革的不断推进,示范性高职院校的建设步伐正在随之不断加快,高职院校的人才培养模式也得到了进一步的完善。因此,现在高职院校都在积极推行工学结合培养模式,这是新形势下高职教育改革的重要发展方向,也是加快高职教育发展的根本出路。高职院校的学生党建工作和以往相比,也面临着许多新的机遇和挑战,出现了许多新的问题。对于高校的党组织建设来说,面临的问题是,如何对接新形势下人才培养的需要,从学生的实际出发,相信青年、依靠青年,进一步完善教育的内容和形式,对大学生党员进行以人为本的人文化管理、以党员为主体的自我管理和以法律为基础的法制化管理相结合的管理,抓住新机遇,开拓新局面,提升学生党建工作水平。本文正是鉴于对工学结合培养模式下高校党组织的建设现状的思考,首先了解了工学结合的人才培养模式的基本内涵,其次介绍了高校学生党组织的重要性,然后探讨了高校学生党建面临的困境,最后在前两部分的基础上总结了加强高校党建工作的方法与策略。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country and the continuous advancement of higher vocational education reform, the pace of construction of demonstration higher vocational colleges is accelerating, and the model of personnel training in higher vocational colleges has been further improved. Therefore, higher vocational colleges are now vigorously pursuing the mode of combining work with learning. This is an important direction for the reform of higher vocational education in the new situation and a fundamental way out to speed up the development of higher vocational education. Compared with the past, the party building in student vocational colleges also faces many new opportunities and challenges, and many new problems have emerged. For the party organizations in colleges and universities, the question is how to meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new situation, starting from the students’ reality, believing in youth, relying on young people, further improving the content and form of education, and carrying out the people-oriented People’s cultural management, party members as the main body of the self-management and legal-based legal management of a combination of management, seize new opportunities, open up new prospects and enhance the level of party construction. This article is based on the thinking of the status quo of the construction of the party organizations in colleges and universities under the mode of combining training with learning, first of all, understanding the basic connotation of personnel training mode combining work and learning; secondly, introducing the importance of student party organizations in colleges and universities; Finally, on the basis of the first two parts, it summarizes the methods and tactics of strengthening the party building in colleges and universities.
