白细胞黏附于血管内皮细胞并渗出内皮细胞层是免疫反应的关键和重要步骤。此过程不仅需要激活白细胞及其膜表面黏附分子,而且需要内皮细胞上相关的黏附分子的调控。目前研究已由研究黏附生理过程转向研究此过程的分子机制。本文主要介绍与此过程相关的内皮细胞黏附分子的基因表达、信号转导通路调控以及对细胞功能的影响等的最新研究进展。
Leukocyte adhesion to vascular endothelial cells and exudation endothelial cell layer is the key and important step in immune response. This process not only requires the activation of leukocytes and their membrane surface adhesion molecules but also the regulation of the relevant adhesion molecules on endothelial cells. The current research has shifted from the study of adhesion physiology to the molecular mechanism of this process. This article mainly introduces the latest progress of the research on the gene expression of endothelial cell adhesion molecules, the regulation of signal transduction pathway and the effect on cell function related to this process.
