如何完善契税征收管理,减少税收流失,增加财政收入,在目前财政较困难的情况下有着重要意义。福建省龙海市总结几年来契税征管的经验,实行源头委托代征的办法,取得明显效果。今年1——8月共征收契税265.49万元,比去年353万元增收230.16万元,增长6.52倍。比年计划40万元增收225.49万元,增长5.63倍。
