高中的学生管理是高中管理工作中的重要内容,并且这对于维护学校的新秩序以及保障学生的健康和工作有着重要的意义。现在我国的高中采取的管理方式是以生为本的教育管理理念。坚持以生为本的发展理念是高中发展的需要,和重要措施。树立以生为本的管理观念,不断地完善高中的管理机制。本文分析该校管理中以生为本管理管理的缺失现象,并提出以生为本的管理观念,在高中中运用以生为本的管理观念的运用和具体表现。
High school student management is an important part of high school management and this is of great importance to maintaining a new school order and safeguarding student health and work. Now our country’s high school to take the management approach is a student-oriented education and management philosophy. Adherence to the idea of giving birth to development is the need of high school development and an important measure. Establish a student-centered management concept, and constantly improve the management mechanism of high school. This article analyzes the lack of student - oriented management in the school management and puts forward the management concept of taking students as the foundation. It also applies the management concept of taking the students as the origin in high school and the concrete manifestation.
