1 水库概况林七水库位于河南省商丘市民权县林七村南约1km 的黄河故道子河上,是黄河故道上五座串联梯级水库中最上游一座,是一座以城市供水为主,兼有防洪、灌溉和养殖等多种功能的中型水库。水库于1959年建成蓄水,控制流域面积387km~2,设计灌溉面积1.26万 hm~2。林七水库保护区有民权、宁陵及睢县县城,有国家主要铁路干线陇海铁路、京九铁路,有连霍高速公路、310国道、省级04公路,有4.76万 hm~2耕地及66.34万人,水库防洪安全非常重要。同时,水库承担着引黄调蓄向商丘
