政治生态是一个权力与制约、制度与文化并存的系统,构建良性的基层农村政治生态离不开社会主义民主政治文化的建构。当前基层政治文化的滞后性表现在:平等观念仍未深入人心,等级观念依然根深蒂固;人民本位意识缺乏,“官本位”意识浓厚;公民意识较淡薄,臣民意识占主导等。因此我们应从加大口头宣传、增强制度效能、全而深化教育等层面入手加快社会主义民主政治文化的建构,以此推进我国政治民主化进程。
Political ecology is a system of power and constraints, systems and cultures coexist. Building a benign rural political ecology is inseparable from the construction of a socialist democratic political culture. The current lagging behind the grass-roots political culture in the performance of the concept of equality has not yet reached the hearts of people, the concept of hierarchy is still deeply rooted; the lack of people’s standard of consciousness, “official standard ” strong sense of civility; Therefore, we should speed up the construction of socialist democratic political culture from the aspects of enlarging oral propaganda, enhancing system efficacy, deepening education, and so on, so as to push forward the process of political democratization in our country.
