情报处理技术的进步和发展,不但逐渐地实现了将必要的情报准确地传递给其需要者的根本目的,而且在另一方面也为科学社会学的建立提供了许多最合适的数据。对于科学社会学的结构认识的知识一扩大,它也就可以相应地为科学政策的拟订提供更多的操作手段,同时也有助于情报处理技术本身的飞跃发展。通过美国科学社会学的建立过程,我们可以展望它们之间的来龙出脉。
The progress and development of information technology not only gradually realized the fundamental purpose of accurately transmitting necessary information to those who need it, but also provided many suitable data for the establishment of scientific sociology on the other hand. As knowledge of the structure of science sociology expands, it can correspondingly provide more means for the formulation of scientific policies and at the same time, it can also help the rapid development of information processing technology itself. Through the process of the establishment of American science sociology, we can look forward to the coming out between them.
