目的针对手术治疗重型颅脑外伤患者的实际效果加以分析。方法在本院于2015年1月-2016年12月内接诊的重型颅脑外伤患者中盲选30例,随机抽取其中15例依照常规方式治疗,为对照组,另15例患者则给予开颅手术治疗。针对疗效间差异加以分析。结果在整体治疗效率上,观察组93.33%(14/15)总有效率远高于对照组66.67%(10/15),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手术疗法对重型颅脑外伤患者进行治疗,能对整体治疗效率加以保障,值得采用。
Objective To analyze the actual effect of surgical treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods Thirty patients were selected blindly from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital for severe traumatic brain injury. Fifteen patients were randomly selected according to the conventional method, and the other 15 patients were given open Cranial surgery. To analyze the differences between the efficacy. Results The total effective rate of 93.33% (14/15) in the observation group was much higher than that of the control group (66.67%, 10/15). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
