滄州人民在党的领导下,提高了社会主义觉悟,树立了“人定胜天”的信心。他们用革命精神总结了十多年生产斗争的经验,找到了一项改造洼碱地的有效措施,这就是排、台、改密切结合,以排为主的沟洫台田建设。毛主席一再要求我们,经常注意总结经验,做了一段工作,就总结这段工作的经验,不断实践,不断总结经验。滄州人民改造洼碱地的斗争,就是照着这条道路走过来的。
