国家发展和改革委日前修订并发布了《产业结构调整指导目录(2011年本)》,新目录于6月1日正式施行。2005年,国务院印发《关于发布实施<促进产业结构调整暂行规定>的决定》。
The National Development and Reform Commission recently revised and promulgated the Guidance Catalog for the Industrial Structure Adjustment (2011 Edition), and the new catalog officially came into effect on June 1. In 2005, the State Council issued the “Decision on Releasing and Implementing the Interim Provisions on Promoting Industrial Structure Adjustment.”
