目的研究细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导分子(CD147)在前列腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测101例前列腺癌,90例前列腺增生组织,36例正常前列腺组织和15例胚胎前列腺组织中CD147的表达情况,并对CD147与前列腺癌临床病理的关系进行统计学分析。结果胚胎组织,正常前列腺组织,前列腺增生及前列腺癌CD147阳性率分别为:0%,5.6%,23.3%,67.3%。前列腺癌CD147阳性率最高,与其他3组在统计学上存在差异(P<0.001)。CD147蛋白的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期、WHO分级和包膜侵犯呈正相关。结论CD147检测有助于提高前列腺癌的早期诊断率,希望成为反映肿瘤恶性程度及预后判断的标记物。
Objective To investigate the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147) in prostate cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CD147 in 101 cases of prostate cancer, 90 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia, 36 cases of normal prostatic tissue and 15 cases of embryonic prostate was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between CD147 and clinicopathological features of prostate cancer was statistically analyzed . Results The positive rates of CD147 in embryonic tissue, normal prostate tissue, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma were 0%, 5.6%, 23.3% and 67.3% respectively. The positive rate of CD147 in prostate cancer was the highest, which was statistically different from the other three groups (P <0.001). CD147 protein expression and tumor TNM staging, WHO classification and envelope invasion was positively correlated. Conclusion The detection of CD147 helps to improve the early diagnosis rate of prostate cancer, hoping to become a marker reflecting the degree of malignancy and prognosis.
