影响火炬树种子发芽的抑制物质是存在于种子表层的蜡质,可用硫酸浸种或热水浸种方法除去。去蜡后的种子发芽率达80％以上,但干燥种子贮存30天以上后则去蜡困难,其催芽效果不理想。
The inhibitory substances that affect the germination of Rhus typhina seeds are the waxes present in the surface of the seeds and can be removed by sulfuric acid soaking or hot soaking. The germination rate of the seeds after dewaxing reaches more than 80%, but the de-waxing is difficult after the dried seeds are stored for more than 30 days, and the germination effect is not satisfactory.
