档案是我们机关工作活动中形成的所有文件材料,它是机关工作活动的真实历史纪录,是我们党和国家的重要财富之一。完整的保管档案对国家的社会主义建设和人民的利益是极其重要的。解放以来,本会接收的和在工作活动中形成的文件材料为数不少,除接收的旧政权档案暂交公安局在肃反运动中利用以外,其余新的文件材料尚散存各科室内。计由1949年
Archives are all the documents and materials formed in the work activities of our organs. They are the true historical record of the organs’ work activities and one of the important assets of our party and our country. The complete custody of archives is of paramount importance to the socialist construction of the country and the interests of the people. Since the liberation, a large number of documents and materials have been received by our society and formed during the work activities. In addition to the files received by the Public Security Bureau being temporarily used by the Public Security Bureau in the campaign against revolting, the remaining new documents and materials are still stored in various sections.
