目的探讨信号转导子和转录激活子3及其靶基因对食管鳞癌细胞的调控作用。方法采用免疫组化方法检测60例食管鳞癌组织中Stat3、c-Myc和Bcl-2在蛋白水平的表达情况。结果食管鳞癌组织中Stat3、c-Myc和Bcl-2的表达均明显高于正常食管黏膜组(P<0.05);Stat3随着细胞的不断活化呈高表达。Stat3与c-Myc、Bcl-2的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Stat3的持续性活化可能在食管癌变发生过程中起重要的调控作用。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 and its target genes on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells. Methods The expression of Stat3, c-Myc and Bcl-2 protein in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of Stat3, c-Myc and Bcl-2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal mucosa (P <0.05). Stat3 was highly expressed with the continuous activation of cells. Stat3 and c-Myc, Bcl-2 expression was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The persistent activation of Stat3 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer.
