医院消毒供应中心是发生交叉感染危险性较高的科室,它担负着全院污染物品的清洗、消毒、包装及灭菌,在日常操作中,会直接接触病原微生物以及病人的血液、体液等感染性物质,含有致病微生物的气溶胶或有害化学气体,或受到高温损伤、锐器伤等职业危害,使工作人员经常暴露于多种职业危险因素的潜在危害中。因此,应加强消毒供应中心人员的自身防护意识,制定和落实切实可行的消毒隔离防护措施,以加强职业安全管理。
