目的和方法采用混沌动力学方法,对冠心病30例和正常对照组30例的心率时间序列功率谱和关联维数等三个方面作了对比研究。结果心脏健康者的心率变化表现出明显的游走性,其功率谱和相空间吸引子明显呈现混沌特性,奇怪吸引子呈现复杂结构,关联维数Dn>4。而心脏病患者的心率呈现出明显的周期性,其功率谱主要集中在0~0.1Hz的窄带范围,相空间轨迹不存在饱和的关联维数。结论上述结果为分析心率变化提供了反映动力学特性的量化指标。心脏病患者与正常人的心率变化特征有本质区别。
PURPOSE AND METHODS The chaotic dynamic method was used to compare the power spectrum and correlation dimension of heart rate time series in 30 cases of coronary heart disease and 30 cases of normal control group. Results The changes of heart rate in heart-healthy subjects showed obvious walkability. The power spectrum and phase space attractor showed chaotic characteristics obviously. The strange attractor showed complex structure with the correlation dimension Dn> 4. The heart rate of patients with heart disease shows obvious periodicity. The power spectrum mainly concentrates in the narrowband range of 0 ~ 0.1Hz. There is no saturated correlation dimension in the phase space trajectory. Conclusions These results provide a quantitative measure of kinetic properties for analyzing heart rate variability. There is an essential difference in the characteristics of heart rate between heart patients and normal people.
