目前国内对体育舞蹈的研究主要集中在体育舞蹈的专项能力训练方面,包括训练内容,训练方法等,而忽略了心理状态对于运动员成绩的影响。体育舞蹈运动自传入我国发展飞速,培养出了很多优秀的运动员。如今,国际国内赛事不断增多,选手们心理压力倍增,过度的紧张与焦虑显然是不利于运动员水平的发挥。本文通过正确的分析运动员在赛前的紧张情绪状态、行为表现,并适时的对紧张情绪做出有效地调节,使运动员在赛场上能正常甚至超水平的发挥出原有的技术技能和艺术表现力,达到最佳竞技状态,取得优异成绩。
At present, the research on sports dance in China mainly focuses on the training of special ability of sports dance, including training content and training methods, while neglecting the influence of psychological status on athlete performance. Since its introduction into our country, the sports dance movement has developed rapidly and has produced many excellent athletes. Today, international and domestic events continue to increase, players psychological pressure doubled, excessive tension and anxiety is clearly not conducive to the level of athletes play. By correctly analyzing the nervous state and behavior of athletes before the game, this paper adjusts the nervousness timely and effectively, so that the athletes can play the original technical skills and artistic performance in the field even though they are super-level. Force, to achieve the best competitive state, achieved excellent results.
