对高锰耐磨钢 Mn13进行了应变疲劳试验,研究了循环变形过程中的微观结构变化以及加工硬化机制。结果表明,高锰钢在室温和低温下均发生循环硬化。室温应变疲劳形成位错胞状结构,低温应变疲劳仅形成缠结位错。高锰钢具有极高加工硬化能力不是形变孪晶的结果。
The strain fatigue test of high manganese wear-resistant steel Mn13 was carried out. The microstructure change and work-hardening mechanism during cyclic deformation were studied. The results show that the high manganese steel cycle hardening occurs at room temperature and low temperature. Strain fatigue at room temperature to form dislocation cell structure, low temperature strain fatigue only tangles dislocation. High manganese steel with high work hardening ability is not the result of deformation twinning.
