进行了从废钽料中回收制取氧化钽以及废液处理的工艺研究,探讨了离子交换、氢氧化钽中氟含量、煅烧制度对氧化钽纯度和活性的影响.结果表明:采用本工艺可制得费氏粒度小于0.60μm,比表面积大于3.80m2/g.纯度高于99.99%的高活性高纯氧化钽,并且环保治理效果好.
The process of recovering tantalum oxide from spent tantalum material and the treatment of waste liquid were studied. The effects of ion exchange, fluorine content in tantalum hydroxide and calcination system on the purity and activity of tantalum oxide were discussed. The results show that the Fischer-Tropsch particle size is less than 0.60μm and the specific surface area is greater than 3.80m2 / g. Purity higher than 99.99% of the high activity of high purity tantalum oxide, and environmental control effect.
