几年来汕头市引进外资的工作进展较快,至1988年已有外资企业500多户,投资总额超过14亿元,注册资本近12亿元,对促进全市经济建设起了积极作用。但是,由于有一些投资者(双方)不按合同规定认缴资本,出资不及时,影响了企业的正常经营和发展。针对这种情况,汕头市各级工商行政管理部门自1988年以来,在市各级外经部门的密切配合下,从抓好登记前的审查和登记后的管理入手,着重监督管理合资,合作企业履约出资,收到了成效。
