研究如何培养创业能力,以适应城镇化的迅速发展,将对高职创业教育和学生未来就业及可持续发展具有重要意义,也对我国的城镇化建设和经济转型发展具有重要意义。本文分析了城镇化给浙江高职院校创业人才培养带来的机遇和新要求,并提出了一些具体的改进措施。
Studying how to cultivate entrepreneurial ability to adapt to the rapid development of urbanization will be of great significance to entrepreneurship education in higher vocational schools and the future employment and sustainable development of students. It is also of great significance to China’s urbanization and economic restructuring and development. This paper analyzes the opportunities and new requirements that urbanization brings to entrepreneurship training in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province and puts forward some concrete measures for improvement.
