目的探讨采用弹性髓内钉治疗小儿长骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将2015年1月—2017年8月于该院接受治疗的45例小儿长骨骨折患儿作为研究对象,比较采用切开复位钢板螺钉内固定处理(对照组,21例)与采用弹性髓内钉处理(观察组,24例)患儿在术后关节功能评分与感染率方面的差异性。结果在对两组患儿分别采取了相应的手术处理措施后,观察组的Broberg Morrey评分(95.2±2.4)分、Harris评分(81.3±1.7)分、HSS评分(92.4±1.9)分均显著高于对照组,且组间差异有统计学意义(t=30.022,P<0.05;t=33.190,P<0.05;t=34.704,P<0.05)。此外,在术后感染率方面,观察组为4.17%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.518,P<0.05)。结论采用弹性髓内钉治疗小儿长骨骨折可有效促进患者的关节功能恢复,且术后感染率较低,有着良好的安全性,可推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of elastic intramedullary nails in the treatment of pediatric long bone fractures. Methods From January 2015 to August 2017, 45 children with long bone fractures treated in this hospital were selected as the study objects. The patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation with screws (control group, 21 cases) The difference of postoperative joint function score and infection rate between nail treatment (observation group, 24 cases) children. Results The Broberg Morrey score (95.2 ± 2.4), Harris score (81.3 ± 1.7) and HSS score (92.4 ± 1.9) in the observation group were significantly higher after the corresponding surgical treatment was taken on the two groups of children There was significant difference between two groups (t = 30.022, P <0.05; t = 33.190, P <0.05; t = 34.704, P <0.05). In addition, in the postoperative infection rate, the observation group was 4.17%, which was lower than 33.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 6.518, P <0.05). Conclusion The use of elastic intramedullary nailing in the treatment of pediatric long bone fractures can effectively promote the recovery of joint function, and the postoperative infection rate is low. It has good safety and can be popularized and applied.
