目的探析下腔静脉滤器植入术围术期优质护理的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月—2017年7月该院收治的行下腔静脉滤器植入术88例患者为该次研究资料,依照入院时间顺序的先后,把2015年5月—2016年6月入院的43例患者看作对照组,实施常规方法护理;把2016年6月—2017年7月后入院的45例患者看作研究组,实施优质护理干预,比较观察对照组和研究组患者的临床护理疗效。结果护理干预后,93.33%是研究组患者的护理满意度,显著高于对照组患者的74.42%(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行下腔静脉滤器植入术患者予以优质护理干预,其护理效果良好,有助于患者负性情绪的改善,使其临床护理配合度提升。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing during perioperative period of inferior vena cava filter implantation. Methods From May 2015 to July 2017, 88 patients who underwent IVF occluder in this hospital were admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 according to the sequence of admission time Of the 43 patients treated as control group, the implementation of routine methods of care; June 2016 -207 July after admission of 45 patients as a research group, the implementation of quality nursing interventions were observed in the control group and study group of patients Nursing efficacy. Results After nursing intervention, 93.33% of the patients in the study group were nursing satisfaction, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.42%, P <0.05). The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Good quality nursing intervention is given to the patients undergoing IVF occluder implantation. The nursing effect is good, which helps to improve the negative emotions of the patients and enhance the coordination of clinical nursing.
