1993年2月16日,国家物价局以[1993]价工字第59号文发出《关于放开通信交换设备价格的通知》,通知指出:为了贯彻《全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制条例》的精神,转换邮电工业企业经营机制,增强企业活力,有利于邮电通信的发展,决定从1993年3月1日起放开通信交换设备价格,由生产企业根据市场供求情况,自行定价。
On February 16, 1993, the State Price Bureau issued the “Notice on Opening the Price of Communication Exchange Equipment” in [1993] Price I-word No. 59. The notice stated: In order to implement the “Regulations on Changing the Operating Mechanism of Industrial Enterprises Ownership by All Owners” Spiritually, the post and telecommunications industry enterprises’ operating mechanism was converted, the enterprise’s vitality was enhanced, and the development of postal and telecommunication services was facilitated. It was decided that the price of communication exchange equipment should be liberalized starting from March 1, 1993, and the manufacturer should set prices on its own according to market supply and demand.
