在实验室实验的基础上,研究了M gO对烧结过程和烧结矿冶金性能的影响。实验结果表明,烧结过程中不添加或少添加M gO可以提高烧结生产率和烧结矿冷强度,缩小高炉软熔带温度区间,从而改善软熔带的透气性,降低高炉内总压差。本文提出了一种将适量M gO添加到高炉中的新工艺,采用这种工艺时,炉渣中M gO的含量能够满足高炉生产的需要,同时还能降低烧结矿低温还原粉化率。
On the basis of laboratory experiments, the effect of M gO on the sintering process and metallurgical properties of sinter was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of M gO or less can increase the sintering productivity and the strength of sintered ore, and reduce the temperature range of the soft melting zone of the blast furnace, so as to improve the gas permeability of the soft zone and reduce the total pressure difference in the blast furnace. In this paper, a new process of adding proper amount of M gO into the blast furnace is proposed. When this process is adopted, the content of M gO in the slag can meet the needs of blast furnace production, meanwhile, the reduction rate of sinter can be reduced.
