世纪之初,《顺义区国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》提出“建立 五大产业群落,推进产业空间布局优化”的发展思路。“十五”计划执行以来,顺 义区委、区政府带领全区人民紧紧围绕“同心全面建小康,打造绿色国际港”的 奋斗目标。不断深化“空港国际化、全区空港化、发展融合化”的运行机制,着 眼于现有产业和资源优势,不断壮大经济增长源,产业结构和功能分区进一步趋 向合理,承载着顺义发展希望的五大产业群落从蓝图变成了现实。五大产业群落 成为顺义经济社会发展最强有力的支撑！
