阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)是一种危害人体健康的常见病,美国统计40岁以上男性患病率高达1.24%,同时与心、脑血管病的关系日益受到重视。我院OSAS课题组对这一问题进行了初步探讨。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 54例OSAS病人同时患有心、脑血管病24例,患病率为44.4%,其中男21例,女3例,年龄最小48岁,最大72岁,平均62岁,出现心、脑血管并发病20年以上者1例,10~19年1例,9年以下者22例。1.2 方法
Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a common disease that endangers human health. The prevalence of OSA in men over the age of 40 in the United States is as high as 1.24%. At the same time, the relationship with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is receiving more and more attention. Our hospital OSAS research group conducted a preliminary study of this issue. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 54 cases of OSAS patients suffering from heart and cerebrovascular disease in 24 cases, the prevalence was 44.4%, of which 21 males and 3 females, the youngest 48 years old, maximum 72 years old, average 62 years old, 1 case of cardiac and cerebrovascular complications over 20 years, 1 case of 10-19 years and 22 cases of less than 9 years. 1.2 method
