在对食用蘑菇甾醇类成分进行化学研究中,从阿魏侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)和晚生扇菇(Panellus serotinus)中分离并鉴定出2个新的甾醇(1、2)和6个已知甾醇类(3~8)。 阿魏侧耳(2.0kg)和晚生扇菇(1.1kg)的新鲜子实体,分别用乙醚室温提取4次,经时2周。乙醚提取物上硅胶柱层析,经制备性HPLC纯化,从阿魏侧耳中得到新成分1(1.4mg)、2(0.4mg)和已知成分3~8;从晚生扇菇中得到新成分1(0.6mg)。 新成分1为5α,9α-环二氧-8α,14α-环氧基-(22E)-
In a chemical study of mushroom sterol components, two new sterols (1, 2) and six known sterols were isolated and identified from Pleurotus eryngii and Panellus serotinus (3 ~ 8). The fresh fruiting bodies of Pleurotus ferulae (2.0 kg) and late-stage fan mushroom (1.1 kg) were extracted with ethyl ether for 4 times at room temperature for 2 weeks. The ether extract was subjected to silica gel column chromatography and purified by preparative HPLC to obtain a new component 1 (1.4 mg), 2 (0.4 mg) and a known component 3 to 8 1 (0.6 mg).
