目的:优化万寿菊中总黄酮回流提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮得率为评价指标,乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间及溶剂(倍)量为考察因素,采用中心组合-效应面法优选回流提取工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果:最优提取工艺为:提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度80%,提取时间2.5h,液料比35∶1。结论:中心组合-效应面法优选万寿菊的提取工艺方法简单,预测性好。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from marigolds. Methods: Total flavonoid yield as evaluation index, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and solvent (times) were investigated. The center combination - effect surface method was adopted to optimize the reflux extraction conditions and the prediction analysis was made. Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows: the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, the concentration of ethanol was 80%, the extraction time was 2.5h and the ratio of liquid to solid was 35:1. Conclusion: The center combination - response surface method of marigold extraction process is simple, good predictability.
