医院文化是指在一定的历史条件下,医院在自身发展建设、医疗服务及管理经营活动中所形成的一种具有医院特色和时代特征的精神财富及物质形态。它不仅能集中体现医院的整体风貌、人员素质及与此相适应的价值观念、行为准则等等,而且还具有导向、育人、激励、凝聚的作用。如何塑造医院文化建设品位,特别是中医医院文化建设品位,笔者认为,应从以下几个方面入
