2 皮肤学的进展 2.1 研究皮纹的方法学:近二十年来皮纹方法学的进展是显著的。发展趋势是从过去的描写皮纹图形为主和简单统计方法进到数学化计算和使用复杂的生物统计方法,如多因素分析法、生物测量遗传学、判别式函数分析法等直到计算机的应用。从高尔顿到库明斯的传统分类方法可以用于单个皮纹性状的鉴定的及用于两只手,不同的个人(健康和病人)不同民族的比较。然而,由于手掌和脚掌的整个表面纹型组合更有特异性和生物学意义,用传统的分类方法就显得无能为力了。特别是由于花样细微结构的巨大变异性,要把它们转化成统计学上可用单位就更加困难。对比许多学者都认为需要皮肤纹理
