Immunoglobulins (Ig) A and IgG in exocrine glands are the major globulin that protects the female reproductive tract and other mucosal surfaces of the human body from microbial intrusion and IgA and IgG are essential components of the immune system secreted by the uterus Sex hormones. However, how the sex hormones regulate the uterine secretion of the immune system, as well as uterine immunoglobulin is derived from the blood, or produced by the local synthesis is unclear. In this paper, by radioimmunoassay, the determination of the removal of the pituitary rats The levels of IgA, IgG, and IgM in uterine tissue and secretion after treatment with estradiol alone are purposefully set forth to elucidate the mechanism by which sex hormones regulate uterine immunoglobulin secretion.
