目的:探讨维持性血液透析治疗患者采用延续护理后的生活质量。方法:在重庆市涪陵区人民医院2013年1月至2015年12月收治的行维持性血液透析治疗患者80例,将其随机分入到观察组和对照组中,观察组中患者采用常规护理,对照组患者采用延续护理,对比分析两组患者的生活质量等指标。结果:护理后,观察组患者的SF-36量表8个方面的评分均明显高于对照组,且观察组患者在自我护理管理能力的饮食控制行为、躯体活动、疾病认知水平、社会心理行为4个方面评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在行维持性血液透析患者护理工作中渗透延续护理有助于增强患者对疾病的认知水平,促使其主动采取健康的行为,提高生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the quality of life of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis after extended care. Methods: Eighty patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were enrolled in the Fuling District People’s Hospital of Chongqing from January 2013 to December 2015. They were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing , The control group of patients with extended care, comparative analysis of two groups of patients quality of life and other indicators. Results: After nursing, the score of SF-36 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the patients in the observation group had significant differences in diet control behaviors, physical activity, disease cognition, social psychology The scores of four aspects were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The continuous nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with maintenance hemodialysis can help to enhance the patient’s cognition of the disease and promote the healthy behavior and quality of life.
