节约电能,是我国实现四个现代化的重大问题之一。机械制造工厂电能总耗量中,炼钢电弧炉往往占全厂耗电量的一半以上(例如上海重机厂最近三年平均为58.5%)。近年来,国内炼钢电弧炉电能单耗虽有所降低,但与国外先进国家相比差距还很大。国外从1973年石油危机以来电费不断提高,因此各国对炼钢电弧炉节能特别重视,采取各种措施来降低电能单耗。本文介绍世界技术先进国家有关炼钢电弧炉的节能措施,以供国内炼钢电弧炉设计、制造和使用单位结合具体情况参考。
Saving electricity is one of the major issues in our country’s four modernizations. Of the total energy consumption of machinery manufacturing plants, steelmaking electric arc furnaces often account for more than half of the entire plant’s electricity consumption (for example, Shanghai Heavy Machinery Factory averaged 58.5% in the recent three years). In recent years, although the unit energy consumption of domestic steel-making electric arc furnace has been reduced, the gap with the advanced countries in the world is still quite large. Since the oil crisis in 1973, foreign countries have been raising their tariffs. Therefore, various countries attach great importance to the energy conservation of EAFs and adopt various measures to reduce energy consumption. This article introduces the energy-saving measures of the advanced countries in the world for steel-making electric arc furnaces for domestic steel-making electric arc furnace design, manufacture and use units with specific reference.
