本试验利用山葡萄鲜果，干、鲜皮渣为原料，采用正交设计，在室温条件下，浸提时间（A），物料比（B）和浸提液（C）对色素收率影响进杆了研究，获得了最佳提取工艺条件。物料比1：5，时间12小时，HCI浓度1％，两次没提为最优因子组合。
In this experiment, fresh grapefruit, dried and fresh skin residue were used as raw materials. The effects of extraction time (A), material ratio (B) and extract (C) Study, obtained the best extraction process conditions.
