目的研究臭氧灭活水中f2噬菌体的效果。方法分别向不同pH值(6.5~8.5)、不同色度(0~30度)的臭氧水(通气5~30min)中加入f2噬菌体悬液原液(终浓度为104~105pfu/ml),作用5、15、30min后进行f2噬菌体计数,并计算灭活率。结果在相同的通气条件下,pH值对臭氧灭活f2噬菌体效果的影响并不明显;随着色度的提高,臭氧对f2噬菌体的灭活效果有所降低。结论高色度的水质条件不利于臭氧灭活水中f2噬菌体。
Objective To study the effect of ozone inactivation of f2 phage in water. Methods The phage suspension of f2 (final concentration of 104-105 pfu / ml) was added to ozonated water with different pH values (6.5 ~ 8.5) and different colorimetric (0 ~ 30 degrees) , F2 bacteriophage counts after 15 and 30 min, and calculate the inactivation rate. Results Under the same aeration condition, the effect of pH value on the inactivated bacteriophage f2 phage was not obvious. With the increase of chroma, the inactivation effect of ozone on f2 phage decreased. Conclusion High chroma water quality is unfavorable for ozone inactivation of f2 phage in water.
