文章分别通过盐分对灌缝沥青材料的影响分析和盐分对沥青与集料粘附性的影响分析,从盐渍土环境的角度阐述了盐渍土地区路面裂缝的发展机理;通过室内试验研究了界面含盐对沥青与集料的影响,探讨了界面含盐对沥青灌缝材料的影响;从裂缝病害严重程度的角度分别提出了两种针对盐渍土地区的路面裂缝处治技术;经过室内试验的对比,研制了适合盐渍土土地区的UBM改性沥青路面灌缝新材料;分别通过两种裂缝处治试验路段进行了验证,取得了良好的效果。
The paper analyzes the influence of salinity on the grouting asphalt material and the influence of salinity on the adhesion of asphalt and aggregate respectively, and expounds the development mechanism of pavement cracks in saline soil from the perspective of saline soil environment. By means of laboratory experiments The effect of interface salt on asphalt and aggregate was discussed, and the effect of interface salt on asphalt filling material was discussed. Two crack treatment technologies for pavement crack were proposed respectively from the perspective of severity of crack disease. After laboratory tests The new material of UBM modified asphalt pavement suitable for saline soil is developed. The two kinds of crack treatment test sections are respectively verified, and good results have been achieved.
