为了适应液相色谱技术普及的需要,沈阳化工研究院研制成功普及—2型液相色谱仪,并进行了应用考察。仪器结构简单,操作方便,造价低廉,可用于常规分析、控制监测和教学培训等目的。输液装置采用河北化工学院机械厂生产的IZJT-0.135单柱往复泵,用涂渍萤光粉的光敏电阻作敏感元件,检测器为简化成桥式电路的单波长(254mμ)紫外检测器。目前已制成三台,经测定,动态噪音不大于0.03mV
In order to meet the needs of the popularity of liquid chromatography technology, Shenyang Chemical Research Institute successfully developed -2 type liquid chromatograph, and conducted an application inspection. The instrument has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and low cost, and can be used for the purposes of routine analysis, control monitoring, teaching and training. The infusion device adopts the IZJT-0.135 single-column reciprocating pump manufactured by Hebei Chemical Engineering Machinery Factory. The photosensitive resistor coated with fluorescent powder is used as the sensing element. The detector is a single-wavelength (254mμ) ultraviolet detector which is simplified into a bridge circuit. Has been made into three, the measured, the dynamic noise is not greater than 0.03mV
