1999年4月14日建设部勘察设计司发文（99）建设技字第24号“关于申报全国智能建筑技术试点工程的通知”，通知要求各省、自治区、直辖市建委（建设厅），各计划单列市建委结合本地实际情况，按通知要求组织申报。申报事宜请与建设部勘察设计司技术处刘若光（电话：010-68393257，68394582）联系。
On April 14, 1999, the Department of Investigation and Design of the Ministry of Construction issued a document (99) Constructing Technical Characters No. 24, “Notification on Applying for National Intelligent Building Technology Pilot Projects,” and notified the provincial, autonomous region, and municipality construction committees (construction halls). The plan will be listed separately. The municipal construction committee shall organize the application according to the notice requirements in accordance with the local actual conditions.
