二甲基硫(DMS)在大气化学和全球生物地球化学循环中起了重要作用,是影响气候变化的重要痕量气体。DMS的前身是β-二甲巯基丙酸(DMSP)。采用顶空气相色谱法(GC)测定海水悬浮颗粒物中DMSP。对实验材料的选择、取样操作、温度的影响、平衡时间的影响和样品保存等问题进行了探讨。该方法精密度为6.9%,回收率为85%。
Dimethylsulfide (DMS) plays an important role in atmospheric chemistry and global biogeochemical cycles and is an important trace gas affecting climate change. The predecessor of DMS is beta-dimercaptopropionic acid (DMSP). Determination of DMSP in suspended particulate matter by headspace gas chromatography (GC). The selection of experimental materials, sampling operation, the impact of temperature, the impact of the balance of time and sample preservation were discussed. The method has a precision of 6.9% and a recovery of 85%.
