让病人满意,既是医院文化建设的最低标准,也是医院文化建设的最高要求。多年来,我院开展以病人为中心的“满意工程”建设活动,坚持面向病人,围绕病人满意而开展、加强和深化,从而使医院的服务水平不断提高,医院形象全面提升。我们的做法是:1建设“满意服务”文化,铸造医院良好的整体精神风貌1.1加强德文化建设,倡导医德新风。德文化即医德医风,是医院文化建设的核心。我们以《医德概论》、《医德规范》
